Locusts Medium Size 3 15-22mm
Medium locusts are a versatile feeder insect suitable for a wide range of reptiles, birds, and other insectivorous animals. At 15–22 mm, these live locusts are ideal for juvenile and smaller adult reptiles that require manageable live food for reptiles without compromising on nutrition. Their movement encourages natural hunting behaviour and feeding response.
Locusts provide a good source of protein and are lower in fat than some alternative feeders, making them suitable for regular feeding as part of a balanced diet. Medium locusts can be offered alongside other live reptile food such as crickets, mealworms, and dubia roaches. Supplied live and carefully packed, they arrive in good condition and are easy to maintain when kept warm and well ventilated with access to fresh greens.
